How to prepare

Assemble

Place 1/2 teaspoon of hojicha powder into a bowl
pouring hot water onto matcha bowl with hojicha powder

Brew

Pour in 100 mls of hot water, ideally at 90 degrees Celsius
using matcha whisk to whisk hojicha in matcha bowl with water

Whisk

Whisk vigorously until the tea is frothy and well combined
adding a small amount of agave syrup into brewed hojicha in a matcha bowl

Sweeten

Optionally add a dash of sweetener for taste if desired. We reccomend a half teaspoon of agave syrup
Pouring hojicha over milk in a tall glass with ice in it. The brown of the hojicha will softly slowly blend with the milk in a swirling pattern

Pour

Pour over milk of choice and enjoy your delicious hojicha latte
