Smoky, dark roasts from the north. Fresh, umami-rich leaves from the south. Through a broad range of hojicha, Hosaku has carefully selected flavours to our stringent quality standards.
For the smoothest finish
Compared to matcha, less emphasis has been placed on the quality of fine hojicha powders. At Hosaku, we have prioritised selecting the finest hojicha powders.
All of our products meet our 10 microns diamater benchmark. This ensures the hojicha blends as smoothly as possible and leaves minimal sediment.
